What’s
different about MW Pensions?
People often ask us why they should use MW Pensions.
We usually reply (with all due modesty) that we’re different.
This is easy to say, so we thought we’d put down in
writing some of the things we believe set us apart:
We’ve been authorised by the FSA (dated
12th February,) which makes us one of the first, so we know
we can operate legitimately as a SIPP Provider from April.
But there’s more:-
We allow freedom of investment:
- Commercial property and syndicates
- Residential property/foreign villas - appropriately
structured
- Unquoted shares
- Gold bullion and hedge funds
(We have already done all of these, so we know the issues
and pitfalls)
- No establishment fee for transfers from other SIPP
providers
- No transaction charges for investments, contributions,
cheques etc
- Attendance at meetings is included in our fee
- No ‘hidden’ fees like low interest rates
for cash balances
- No commissions or small print
- A starter SIPP and full SIPP options – competitively
priced
- Choice of high interest banking – the worst rate
is 0.25% below base
What else?
-
We don’t have
an IFA arm
-
We’re not tied in to any financial
institution
-
We’re not and never will be a call
centre
-
We work with advisers
to construct the best solution for their clients
-
We’re innovative and are currently
working on the following:-
-
Alternative structures for protected
rights
-
Alternative annuity structures
-
Protected cell companies for residential
property investment
There’s probably more, but you get the
picture. You may of course disagree.
I’ve attached a faxback form that you can use if you’d
like us to contact you for a more detailed discussion. Alternatively
just give me a ring
Regards
Chris Williams
Director
PS: We’ve just launched an Isle of Man
SIPP, for IOM residents.
